Shipping Policy

 Where is On The Wall located? 

OTW is located in Toronto, Ontario Canada. We ship all Canadian orders from Toronto, and select US orders from San Antonio Texas. OTW is only open by appointment. 

How long does it take to process my order? 

All orders are in processing within 2 business days, however printing and shipping times vary by artist work due to specifications. Please refer to the individual product page, as pieces can take 1-2 weeks for printing and fulfillment, and additional time to ship.  Note that shipping time listed during checkout refers to shipping time and not printing/processing time.

Where do you ship to?

We currently offer shipping to Canada and the US through our website, however if you’re located outside those regions and are interested in acquiring a piece, please contact us.

Replacements/Damages

In the unlikely event that your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it. We’ll ask for images of damage to the packaging and the artwork, description of issue, date received and order number.  Should the damage warrant a new print, we’ll require proof of destruction of the original damaged print.
