PROCESS OVERVIEW EMAIL RESPONSES Please expect a reply to email inquiries within 1-3 business days unless otherwise stated. Whether we are in meetings with clients, on-site at projects, or fulfilling art sales, please keep in mind that email response times vary. SCHEDULING OTW is fortunate to provide service to many amazing clients. Therefore, we carefully schedule our larger-scale sourcing and design projects in advance. Commencing a new project may take between a week to two months from an initial discussion depending on how large the scope of the project. OTW will work with you and your client to diligently review timelines before commencement. DESIGN DELIVERABLES We are happy to provide to-scale mockups of artwork in your clients space. Please allow for 4 business days re: general mock-ups related to artwork sold by OTW. Charging structures and timelines vary depending on depth of work needed/size of project, artwork in question.
